Forum Hosts a Webinar on the Future of Islamic Banking in the Coming Decade

The Risk Management Experts Forum organized a virtual dialogue session titled “The Future of Islamic Banking in the Coming Decade”, with the participation of experts and professionals interested in Islamic finance and risk management.
The session was opened by H.E. Dr. Marwan Awad, Chairman of the Forum, who welcomed guest speaker Dr. Mohammad Fakhri Suwaileh and emphasized the importance of the topic in light of the challenges and risks facing Islamic banking globally.
Dr. Suwaileh reviewed the historical development of Islamic banking, from its early emergence in the Middle East to the growth of Islamic financial institutions worldwide, including the expansion of Sukuk and the increasing range of beneficiaries across individuals, companies, and countries.
