Arab Thought Forum Discusses the Impact of Raising Interest Rates on the Jordanian Economy
The Arab Thought Forum held an in-person and virtual dialogue session on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, titled “The Impact of Raising Interest Rates on the Jordanian Economy.”
The session featured a presentation by banking expert Dr. Fouad Muhaisen and included interventions by Dr. Maher Al Mahrouq, Director General of the Association of Banks in Jordan, and Shaher Suleiman, CEO of the Risk Management Forum and former Deputy General Manager of Jordan Kuwait Bank.
