Alghad Coverage: Women and Corporate Board Formation, Reality and Ambition

Alghad newspaper, in its Sunday, January 26, 2025 issue, highlighted the monthly seminar organized by the Risk Management Experts Forum under the title: “Women and Corporate Board Formation: Reality and Ambition.”

The seminar hosted Dr. Nadia Al Anani, a legal expert specialized in corporate law, who discussed the importance of diversity in boards of directors and reviewed successful international experiences in enhancing women’s participation in decision-making.

The coverage also addressed the key statistics and studies presented during the seminar, noting gradual improvement in women’s representation in Jordanian companies, supported by recent regulations issued by the Jordan Securities Commission and the Central Bank of Jordan.
