Monthly Webinar Concludes: Women and Corporate Board Formation, Reality and Ambition

The Risk Management Experts Forum concluded its monthly webinar, held on Wednesday evening, December 18, 2024 via Zoom, under the title: “Women and Corporate Board Formation: Reality and Ambition.”

The webinar brought together a group of Forum members and professionals interested in advancing governance practices and strengthening the role of women in business. The session was delivered by Dr. Nadia Al Anani, founder and director of Al Anani Law Firm.

Dr. Al Anani reviewed key concepts related to diversity in boards of directors, international experiences in enhancing women’s participation, and facts and figures on women’s representation in Jordan compared with other countries.
